Continuing Education

Type 2 Diabetes: Preventing
Complications with Drug Therapy

A total of 2.0 hours of Continuing Education (CE) credits will be awarded for the review of this article and obtaining a score of 75% or higher when completing the post test questions and evaluation form. CE credits will be issued by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Division of Clinical Pharmacy Services.

Download Diabetes file (PDF).  After reading the article, complete the online test and evaluation, or, print the PDF test and evaluation form, complete and mail to the program coordinator at the address below. CE Certificates will be mailed within 4 to 6 weeks.
